1. What AgentHive is
AgentHive lets you create and run AI agents (“agents”) that do work for your business: drafting messages, organizing tasks, researching, summarizing, and running scheduled routines. Agents are powered by third-party AI models and act on the instructions, data and permissions you give them.
Agents are tools, not employees or professionals. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing their output before you rely on it or send it to anyone, and for any decisions you make based on it.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that business, and “you” means the business too.
Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything your agents do with the access you give them. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
One account owns one hive. You can add agents up to the limit of your plan.
3. Plans, billing and usage
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment provider. Each plan includes a number of agent seats and a monthly amount of AI usage credit.
AI usage above the included credit is billed as metered usage at the rate shown on your plan page. We apply a hard monthly cap per hive and a budget per agent; when a budget is reached the agent pauses until the next period or until you raise it. You can change budgets at any time.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Prices may change. If they do, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the new price applies to you.
If a payment fails we’ll retry and let you know. If it keeps failing we may pause your agents until the balance is settled.
4. Your content and your agents’ work
You own what you put into the service (your descriptions, messages, files and instructions) and what your agents produce for you (“output”). To the extent output can be owned, we assign any rights we have in it to you.
You give us a license to host, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, to keep it secure, and to meet our legal obligations. We don’t use your content to train AI models, and we don’t sell it.
Output may not be unique: another customer asking a similar question may get similar output. Output may also include third-party material; check before you publish or distribute it.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and decently. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: no illegal activity, no harassment or hate, no spam or deceptive outreach, no attempts to break into or overload the service, and no building a competing service by scraping ours.
You’re responsible for complying with laws that apply to how you use agents: for example consent and opt-out rules for email, texts and calls; consumer-protection rules for marketing claims; and privacy rules for personal data you hand to agents.
6. AI models and third-party services
Agents use models from third-party providers, selected automatically or by you. Those providers process your prompts and content under their own terms. We choose providers that commit not to train on API inputs, but we can’t guarantee the behavior of models we don’t control.
We also rely on services for authentication, payments and hosting. If a provider changes or fails, we’ll do our best to keep the service running but may need to change features or models.
7. Our service and intellectual property
The service, including its design, characters, software and content (other than your content), belongs to HelloGov AI Inc. or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. Don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell it.
Feedback is welcome. If you send us ideas, we can use them without obligation to you.
8. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that agents will produce any particular result.
Nothing an agent says is legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice, even when the agent is set up to work in those areas. Get a qualified human for those decisions.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, HelloGov AI Inc. and its people won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or anything your agents do or produce.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some places don’t allow these limits; in those places they apply to the extent permitted.
10. Your responsibility to us
You’ll defend and indemnify HelloGov AI Inc. against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your agents’ actions on your behalf, or your breach of these terms or the law.
11. Ending the relationship
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don’t pay, or if we have to for legal or security reasons. We’ll tell you why unless we’re not allowed to.
When your account closes, your agents stop and we delete or anonymise your content within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons. Export anything you want to keep first.
Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes) survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we’ll give you at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. If you don’t, close your account before they take effect.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer in a place that gives you non-waivable rights, you keep them.

14. The usual bits
These terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce something right away, we haven’t given it up. You can’t transfer these terms without our consent; we can transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
